ACCESSORIES – POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@teslaries.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided with your RMA number.  Please include the “Attn: Returns” and “RMA number” on the return label. See below for example.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at contact@teslaries.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

APPAREL – POLICY (Please read carefully)

Even though Teslaries apparel artwork is custom designed by us we do not warehouse or manufacture the products sold here. We use a print-on-demand service that custom prints and ships these products for us.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

The return address is set by default to our print-on-demand service facility. When they receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If our print-on-demand service facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print-on-demand service facility.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print-on-demand service facility.

Returned by Customer – Customers must contact Teslaries before returning any products. Orders are not returnable for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
